TURNAROUND TIME
- Our current processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks. Door to door courier takes additional 1-4 working days for delivery.

SHIPPING
- Nationwide door to door courier at R100.
- With door to door courier parcels our clients will be provided with a waybill/tracking number. Track your parcel
at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product if you have any concerns with your order.
- This includes missing, broken, or damaged items.
- Adequate proof of such concerns must be emailed to us in the form of clear concise pictures.
- Photography props will not be refunded or exchanged once they have been used in photoshoots.
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL – this includes custom pieces and custom sizing.
- Please note colours of products might differ slightly to the image in our shop due to items being viewed on different screen resolutions.

- Print work is as per example image per individual product listed in our shop.
- For custom print work a design draft will be sent after the order is placed and paid for, for approval.
- Approval within 24hrs or print design will be accepted as correct.
